Radisson Hotel Group announced the appointment of Catherine Higgins Whiteside as Vice President of Marketing for the Americas. In this position, Higgins Whiteside will be in charge of the creation and execution of strategic marketing programs that create “awareness” among consumers, provide exceptional experiences and, in short, loyalty to Radisson Hotel Group brands in the US. During this time, he built a high-performance team and was responsible for all aspects of marketing, including brand management, digital experience, corporate communications and program implementation efforts. He led efforts to develop a road map of the customer experience and establish optimal prices and cost savings that contributed to the overall growth of the company’s revenues.
