The magic city of Havana and its hosts are ready to welcome the participants of the event that will be held at the Hotel Meliá Cohiba until September 21
Today the participants of MITM Americas will begin to taste Cuban gastronomy and music with an exquisite welcome reception offered by Iberostar Hotels on the roof of the magnificent Parque Central Hotel.
Tomorrow throughout the day work days will be developed; lunch is offered by Melia Hotels International in the charismatic Havana Café and to end the day, Ecotur, the official receptive of MITM, will give us the opportunity to enjoy a dinner-show in one of the most famous cabarets in the world, Tropicana, where Since 1940 all kinds of personalities of contemporary history have passed. And finally, on the last day after a morning of more business meetings, you will enjoy a working lunch offered by Kempinski Hotels at their luxurious Hotel, Big Apple. To close this edition, all participants will enjoy a closing dinner in Old Havana, where they will welcome all the participants of the 1st ACTUAL Congress.
In addition to all the aforementioned sponsors, MITM has, as in the previous editions, the Ministry of Tourism of Cuba (MINTUR), and some of the most important international airlines that cover a large part of the world: Air Europa, Aeroméxico, Avianca, Interjet , Copa Airlines and United Airlines.
The participants will stay at the Meliá Cohiba Hotel, a reference in business and congress tourism in Havana, in the majestic Kempinski Big Apple and in the recently opened Iberostar Packard Luxury Hotel.
The guests of the show will have a pre-established agenda of up to 30 appointments with international executives from 30 carefully selected countries: corporate companies (19%), incentive agencies (27%), meeting planners (25%), international associations (10%) and tour operators (19%).
Within the framework of this edition, the ACTUAL Congress (Association for Culture and Tourism in Latin America) will be held, to which more than 200 agencies and tour operators are invited, mostly from Latin America. This creates, in this way, another networking opportunity for the exhibitors of MITM Americas, who will have access to the Congress included in the price of their participation.
